Please read before testing: this is unfinished beta software. Do not make it the only home of an irreplaceable operational or statutory record.

1. The pilot

Keeper’s Round is being provided for evaluation and feedback. Features may be incomplete, changed or removed, and builds may stop working or expire. Participation does not guarantee future access, a release date or that any particular feature will be included in the released product.

2. Who may participate

The pilot is intended for people invited or accepted by Rocket Shed. Do not publish or pass an invitation or TestFlight link to somebody else without permission. You must be authorised to enter any operational information you use while testing.

3. Your records and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the information you enter and for deciding whether it is accurate, appropriate and lawful to record or share. Keeper’s Round is an operational aid; it is not legal, veterinary, welfare, regulatory or professional advice and does not replace required inspections, judgement or official records.

4. Sensitive information

Shoot locations, farm operations, health records, photographs and personal contact details may be sensitive. Use fictional or low-risk information wherever practical during early testing. Only record real information when authorised and necessary, and share exports only with an intended recipient.

5. Availability and backups

The pilot is supplied “as is” and may contain defects or lose data. Keep any required source record or independent backup outside the app. Rocket Shed may replace, suspend or withdraw a pilot build and may ask testers to install an update or reset demonstration data.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, attempt to bypass its security, interfere with the pilot, introduce malicious material, impersonate another person, or use information from the app to harass or endanger a person or organisation.

7. Feedback and intellectual property

Keeper’s Round, its branding and software remain the property of Rocket Shed and its licensors. You may use the beta only for the pilot. If you provide feedback, you allow Rocket Shed to use it to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to adopt or pay for it. Your operational records remain yours.

8. Privacy

Use of the pilot is also governed by the Keeper’s Round Privacy Policy. The current build is single-user and locally stored; secure team synchronisation is a later phase.

9. Ending participation

You may stop testing at any time by removing the app. Rocket Shed may end or suspend access where necessary to protect the pilot, its users or the service. TestFlight builds also expire under Apple’s testing rules.

10. Liability and applicable law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Shed is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an incomplete beta, loss of locally stored records, unavailable features or unauthorised sharing by a tester. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These pilot terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
